「旅先で英語が話せたら、もっと安心なのに」
「海外ドラマのセリフがそのまま分かったら楽しい」
「子どもに、自然に英語を学ばせたい」
そんな地域の声から誕生するのが、三重県名張市にある名張イオン店にて、2025年冬に開講予定の 英会話スクール『ステップアップNEXT』 です。
そして現在、この英会話スクールを共に創り上げていく【英語講師（業務委託）】の募集をスタートしました。

These are just a few of the voices from our local community that inspired the creation of Step Up NEXT, a new English conversation school set to open in winter 2025 at the Aeon Nabari store in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture.
We are now officially recruiting English instructors (contract-based) to help us bring this new school to life—together.

ステップアップNEXTは、曜日ごとにテーマが異なる“目的別レッスン”が特徴の英会話スクールです。
日常英会話だけでなく、旅行・ビジネス・親子向けなど、暮らしに寄り添うカリキュラムを提供し、地域のあらゆる世代に「等身大で学べる英語体験」を届けていきます。

Step Up NEXT is an English conversation school that features themed, purpose-driven lessons tailored to each day of the week.
From everyday conversation to travel, business, and parent-child classes, we offer practical and lifestyle-friendly curriculums designed to bring approachable, real-life English learning experiences to people of all ages in the local community.

- 月曜：TRAVEL ENGLISH（旅行英会話）
- 火曜：海外ドラマでENGLISH（映像を見ながら学習）
- 水曜：BUSINESS ENGLISH（ビジネス・電話対応など）
- 木曜：ALL ENGLISH TALK（英語だけで会話）
- 金曜：PARENT & KIDS（親子英会話）
- 土曜：WEEKEND SPECIAL（テーマ型イベント英語）
- 日曜：SENIOR ENGLISH（ゆっくり英会話）
※1レッスン60分程度
※希望曜日・担当テーマなどは相談可能です
英語が、もっと身近になるように、目的を持ってレッスンを行っていきます。
Lesson Structure Is Purpose-Oriented. For Example…
- Monday: TRAVEL ENGLISH (Practical conversation for overseas trips)
- Tuesday: ENGLISH THROUGH FOREIGN DRAMAS (Learn with real video content)
- Wednesday: BUSINESS ENGLISH (Workplace English, phone calls, meetings)
- Thursday: ALL ENGLISH TALK (Conversational practice using only English)
- Friday: PARENT & KIDS (Fun English for parents and children)
- Saturday: WEEKEND SPECIAL (Theme-based event-style lessons)
- Sunday: SENIOR ENGLISH (Slow-paced lessons for older learners)
Each lesson is approximately 60 minutes.
Preferred day and theme can be discussed.
We design our lessons with clear purposes, so that English becomes more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

- 英語での会話指導が可能な方（資格不問）
- 日本語の読み書き・理解ができる方
- 子ども、高齢者、親子など幅広い世代との関わりを楽しめる方
- 教育・語学・留学経験、英会話講師のご経験をお持ちの方歓迎
- フリーランス・Wワーク・主婦（夫）・シニアの方も歓迎
- その他、運営が掲げる目的・ルールを遵守できる方

- 業務委託（曜日固定・週1〜OK）

English Conversation Instructor (Freelance/Contract Basis)
[Application Requirements]
- Ability to teach conversational English (no specific qualifications required)
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding Japanese
- Enjoy working with a wide range of age groups including children, seniors, and parents
- Experience in education, language teaching, studying abroad, or previous English teaching experience is a plus
- Freelancers, individuals with side jobs, stay-at-home parents, and seniors are all welcome
- Must be able to comply with the purpose and guidelines set by the school
